Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms govern the use of mxproxy, the email forwarder operated by Leettech — CASP SOLUÇÕES INFORMÁTICA LTDA, CNPJ 16.694.290/0001-50, Brazil (“we”): the website mxproxy.dev, the dashboard app.mxproxy.dev, the API and the mail servers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

mxproxy receives the email of the domains you point at us (MX record) and forwards it to the inboxes you choose; optionally, it sends a summary of each message to channels (webhook, Telegram, WhatsApp in beta). It also offers an outbound SMTP server (smtp.mxproxy.dev:587) so you can send email as your domain. mxproxy is not a mailbox: it does not keep your email for you to read later. A message stays in the queue only until it is delivered (retried for up to 5 days when the destination defers it) and is deleted 30 days later.

2. Account and teams

  • Sign-up is open and requires confirming your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your password, SMTP credentials and API tokens secret.
  • Whoever manages a team is responsible for what its members do in it, including the API tokens created in the team.
  • You may only add domains you control. Whoever creates the DNS records the dashboard asks for declares they are authorised to do so.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use mxproxy to:

  • send spam: unsolicited bulk email, bought or harvested lists, or messages without a simple way to unsubscribe where the law requires one;
  • phish, defraud, spread malware, forge senders or impersonate any person or company;
  • send illegal content, harass anyone or infringe the rights of others;
  • get around the plan limits, the SMTP authentication or the anti-abuse controls, or attack the infrastructure (including probing for vulnerabilities without written permission);
  • forward a domain’s email in a way that hides the origin of an abusive message.

The outbound SMTP only accepts senders of the credential’s domain. To report abuse from a domain that uses mxproxy, write to abuse@mxproxy.dev with the full headers of the message.

4. Suspension

We may limit or suspend a domain, a credential or an account, without prior notice when it is urgent, if these terms are breached, if our IPs’ reputation or third parties’ security is at risk, or if a competent authority orders it. Whenever possible we tell the team owner and explain why.

5. Plans, limits and billing

  • Each plan has limits on domains, forwarders per domain, messages per day and channels, shown on the pricing section and in the dashboard. Over the daily limit, incoming mail gets a temporary deferral (the sender’s server retries later) and sending over SMTP is refused until the next day. Channels have a limit of summaries per hour. The free plan takes 10 messages per calendar month (UTC): past that, incoming mail is refused, with a bounce to the sender, until the next month.
  • Billing is monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through Stripe. You can switch plans or cancel the subscription at any time from the dashboard; the team goes back to the free plan when it ends.
  • We may change prices and limits with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies from the next billing period.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service up, but we offer no availability guarantee (SLA). Delivery also depends on third parties: destination servers may refuse, delay or flag a message as spam, and we do not control that. Whatever we have accepted sits in a durable queue; while we are down, the sender’s server holds the message and retries, like every mail server does.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, such as the loss of a message refused by the destination. Our total liability is limited to what the team paid in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here removes rights that consumer protection law grants you.

8. Termination

You can delete your domains at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at contato@mxproxy.dev. After that, the queue and log that still exist go away with the 30-day retention described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

When the terms change, we update the date at the top and, if the change matters, we email the owner of each team before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Before any dispute, write to contato@mxproxy.dev: we would rather sort it out directly.
